[RESPONDED] Evening Delivery Service no show

Complaint against Currys PC World

I paid £10 for a delivery between 5-10pm. We stayed in, and regularly checked outside, and checked the online tracking updates. At 8pm, the tracker updated with the note ARRIVED AT CUSTOMER. Noone there, noone ringing the bell, no van outside. Then another note CUSTOMER NOT IN - NO NEIGHBOUR TO LEAVE WITH. No, we were here waiting. All our lights on. Doorbell working. Car in the drive. Both next door neighbours also home with lights on. Latest note CUSTOMER NOT IN, CARD LEFT. No card was left. I called OnTheDot, the delivery service they use. They tried calling the driver who didn't answer, and that's the full extent of the help they offered. Complete shambles, and lies!
