Complaint against Currys PC World

I ordered a laptop from Currys In Stockport (Peel Centre) on 30th Dec. It was due to be in store by 6th Jan at the latest. In the last 24 hours I have phoned their Customer Services 3 times. Each time they have been unable to contact the store and had to send an e mail which was cced to the Manager. I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me. This is an appalling way to conduct business. Currys have my money and yet I have nothing to show for it, nor any prospect of anything soon. I feel as If I've been robbed. All I want is to be updated on this, but apparently that is too much to ask.
