Complaint against Currys PC World

I purchased a new TV from Curry's PC World in January 2018. I informed them that I would take the TV home and install the TV myself. They advised me to take out a one-off insurance to cover any accidents whilst I was installing the TV. they said I could cancel the contract and DD as soon as I had installed the TV. I have now found that Product Support AG are taking £3.49 out of my account using my debit card number not a Direct Debit so I can't cancel it without contacting my bank. I will be doing this today but am angry that PC World have misinformed me and claimed money under false pretences. Simon Gauntley
