Complaint against Currys PC World
I ordered an active watch on January 1st and paid extra for quick delivery to my home address for the 3rd. I had confirmation that the delivery will take place between 8:30 and 5:30 on Sunday 3rd. At around 2pm I tried to track my parcel without success. soon afterwards I called customer services who then (for the first time) informed me that my watch had not been despatched. I was not notified of this and I had waited in all day for this delivery. The customer services lady( whom has been polite and have no issues with her) said that she would refund my extra postage fee and send an email to those who needed to contact me as to why I was not informed of the failed delivery. I realise they close in just over an hour and there is time for a call, however I am very annoyed that my day (most of it) has been wasted, and I really do not have any confidence in them calling me back today.
