Complaint against Currys PC World

The worst ever company trying to sell but cannot Delivered. It should be shut down as I made an order as my cooker broke down, Curry website stated FAST delivery and offered next day or chosen date. I ordered 30 Nov 2016, got the confirmation of the order the next but an email that delivery will be confirmed and on the date of delivery still no confirmation. Rang up and spoke to customer service at Curry, he then told me out of stock so no delivery date. I am not happy and told him that Curry is quick to take my money out of my account but did not seem to bother informing me that they have no stock! What type of service is this? Only after sales can the company take money out! He told me off that once I ordered I have to pay! What? Even when they have no goods to sell? Never ever buy from CURRY again!
