Complaint against Currys PC World

It’s come to my attention that there’s a payment twice a month coming out of my account of £5.50 and £2.50 for Product Support AG. The amount that has come out of my account without my knowledge is ridiculous and has been happening since January 2014. The fact that this has been happening without my consent is insane but also seems to be a common compliant from your customers. I have had no communication from your company to state that i have such an agreement set up. I think it's horrendous that a company such as Currys PC World think they can get away with doing this to their customers without their knowledge.

Hi Samantha, please accept my apologies that these payments have gone unnoticed since January 2014. I am suprised at your comments as the transactions will show on your receipts and additional paperwork for the Service Agreements would have been presented at the point of sale. I am happy to cancel these Service Agreements for you. Kindly provide me with your full address and if you have any>
