[LAPSED] Fridge freezer purchased 2nd oct 2016,Fridge dept freezing,keep waiting for part waited 5wks already

Complaint against Currys PC World

My fridge freezer i purchased on line 2nd Oct 2016 recieved couple of days later.i did think the fridge dept was very cold,turned it down a bit,then it started to freeze in the fridge department,veggies freezing in veg dept,bottles of pop freezing ice in the bottles and food freezing aswell.Iphoned the repair dept of Beko,had a date to come and see to it that was cancelled,i got on line (emailed ) to them after another week ,they said they are waiting for a part,how do they know what part to get if they have not looked at it,must be a common fault in the appliance. I phone Beko as i was told to from repairs department,and they said they have the part and to give them till tuesday13th dec 2016. over the weekend it got worse with the freezing in fridge although i have turned it down.My husband is being treated for cancer and i am worried the food must be contaminated .Not sure what to do the appliance is fully paid for with visa,D,WRIGHT
