[LAPSED] I am being charged £4.00 a month for Product Support AG that I have never asked for.
Complaint against Currys PC World
I have had to google Product Support AG to see what it is and it seems it is some kind of payment that is taken when you buy a laptop/computer etc from Currys. I have never bought a computer of any kind from anywhere and have never owned one. I am 84 years old and can only think this payment has started since I've bought a television or a fridge from Currys. As it isn't a direct debit it is not something that can be cancelled easily. As I would never have asked for this service I would like the payment cancelling and a full refund of all payments taken.
