[LAPSED] I cannot cancel product support on a lap top I purchased several months ago (cant quite remember)
Complaint against Currys PC World
I purchased the lap top and was advised by the member of staff who was serving us that we could have product support free for a month which would be a good thing in getting used to new product. He said we could then cancel it after a month. I am paying £8.50 a month and have contacted my bank several times to try and stop the payments, but because it is from a debt card It does not seem to work even though they say they have stopped it. I have tried to ring the customer care line but it is always busy. Now we are away on holiday I have had the time to look this up on the internet and hope you can help me please.
