Blessing's complaint against Currys PC World
[LAPSED] I purchase a laptop with faulty keys on 30th of May 2016. It Has broken down twice already .
Complaint against Currys PC World
I purchased lenovo G50 on 30th May 2016. On the 3rd of May 3016 the laptop screen shut down. I took it back to currys where they sent it to Know How for repair. On 13th October 2016 I could not switch on the laptop of which I went back to currys where I was told that there was not wrong with the laptop. But the problem persist then I took the laptop back to currys the following day being the 14th October 2016. The Laptop was taken back to KnowHow for repair for the second time. When I went to collection the laptop yesterday the 22 October 2016 I read that that some of the keys were faulty which needed changing. Firstly the screen was change secondly some keys was change for this reason I am not satisfy for the mechanism of this product and would want remedy to my problem.
