Complaint against Currys PC World

I purchased a Lenovo Yoga 500 laptop on 28/02/2016. When I start using it I was disappointed to find it was very slow, especially the keyboard response. On 2nd March I returned the laptop to the store and requested a refund. This was flatly refused. Obviously it was not possible to try the actual device in the shop, and it was only when I got it home that I discovered this characteristic. I previously used a Sony laptop which was very responsive and completely satisfactory for my needs. I would be most grateful if you could make a refund on this product. Kind Regards

Hi Arthur I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with your new Lenovo Laptop. I can confirm that we are happy to offer a refund of any faulty products within the first 30 days of ownership. We do however reserve the right to confirm an inherent hardware fault before offering a resolution. Should we be unable to find a fault then neither a refund or exchange will be offered. With this in mind I would advise you to return the Laptop to the store so we can diagnose any faults. Richard
