[LAPSED] I want to sue the Currys PC World!

Complaint against Currys PC World

I bought cooker two weeks ago and the day i paid installation fee . And i received cooker nearly one week later. the delivery team came and checked gas but the staff said our gas is leaking so had to sort it out first. And on that day the staff couldn’t install the cooker and made an other day for installation which is after one week . And today is the installation booked day so i was at home to waiting and also i contacted to currys confirmed and they said within half an hour the engineer will be my house. And after half an hour passed ,i received phone call that they CANNOT COME TODAY! I said i have seven month old baby and 2years old baby need to feed . And i paid installation fee but two weeks I couldn’t cook ! I was really upset but the most make me upset is they said the ealiest day can rebook for installation is after 5days! I have already two weeks bought food from outside for 4 people! They never think about customer’s feeling and situation. If i know it would take this much longer i would of find engineer by myself . And after five days if again saying cannot come? I cannot trust Currys any more. I am really regret i bought cooker from Currys PC world.
