Complaint against Currys PC World
I have noticed recently that product support AG has been taking £5.50 out of my account every month. I had no clue as it was a small amount and did not realise this had actually been going on since november 2014 after I bought a measley tablet. I HAVE NEVER SIGNED UP OR AGREED FOR PRODUCT SUPPORT AND HAVE NO IDEA WHY I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR THIS for all these years. Please can someone help me. Is there any way to claim back for all of this as I 100% am sure I did not agree to this as I have NEVER taken out insurance on any items I have purchased.
