[LAPSED] Know how have broken our tv twice

Complaint against Currys PC World

Our Samsung 65inch curve tv was collected by currys knowhow tean as we had a problem with the one connect box ( needed to use the tv) on the 31st Jan it was collected. On the 5th Feb it was turned ( the one connect box thatd been replaced by a new one. Our large tv badly placed/ hardly packaged in a box with the corner of the tv sticking out of the side. One unpackaged we noticed the tv was damaged. The delivery team took the tv away. On 12th feb ( today) the fixed tv was returned, again loosely packaged and again sticking out from the box, to which the delivery team were shocked with, as not only that, but the box was up on its end in the van. So once unpacked, there was no surprise that the fixed tv was again damaged, even worse this time, even the screen was broken. The tv has been taken away yet again,
