Complaint against Currys PC World

I bought a laptop in 2009 I subscribed to the know-how so I pay £8 a month for peace of mind when I took the agreement I was told 14 days to repair or replace it like everybody else we need s laptop for work I taken my laptop about 3weeks ago PC World now and they’re telling me up to 41 days which I think is absolutely disgusting the nine years of buying this laptop I have never ever had any correspondence from PC World about my policy seems as long as you’re paying they’re not bothered and just spoke to customer Service seems there is nothing they can do to help me

Thank you forgetting back to me I have had this policy since 2007 if I could got a new computer today you will guarantee me seven days but only pay the money that I am paying now I think as long as you are paying the money you don’t care I’ve had no correspondence from you guys in all the time that I have the policy I am absolutely disgusted with your policy And I will be taking it further
