Complaint against Currys PC World

We bought our new laptop on 5th Nov 2016 with the 2 months free product support and were supposed to get charged from Jan 2017. On checking my bank statement, they have already charged me on 7th Dec 2016 (which is one month free support). On calling the customer service number, the guy did not want to listen but instead told me to understand what he is telling me that they have done the right thing by charging me £8.50 in December. He also told me if I am unable to understand, then i am free to go to the shop i bought product from and he thinks that they have done the right thing by charging me in December. I asked him about cancelling the support and he went ahead and did the same without resolving the issue. My support reference is 0934403395. we negociated 2 months free and they gave me only one month free so i would want them to refund.

Hi Asha, My colleagues appear to have discounted the first two months payments from the cost price of the laptop. This appears on your sales receipt under 'managers discretion' and has been reduced to cover the cost of the two payments that have since been taken from your account. The careplan has since been cancelled and no further payments will be requested from your account. Richard
