Complaint against Currys PC World

Bought washing machine online from Currys payed for delivery and Installation 10 weeks have had the machine. Monday 16th October 2017 machine was on Spin and I Smelt Burning!!! Truly frightening Switched it off immediately live on my OWN. Pulled machine out from under worktop Could easily Smell the burning from back of machine. Refused to give me a New one had to wait 48hrs for an Engineer to come out. Yesterday he arrived to Confirm Motor had burnt out!! Ridiculous after short amount of time. I have called them so many times saying I don't want it Repaired but they REFUSE TO GIVE ME A NEW MACHINE! IF it goes wrong again once part is fitted next week then they will Replace. Will it take a Fire to be Caused!!! Before they listen and act. Customer Service shocking have emailed 3 times of which NO REPLY, RUDE STAFF PATRONISING AND NO THOUGHT FOR THE CUSTOMER. CURRYS SHOULD BE NAMED AND SHAMED FURIOUS HAD MY MONEY AND DON'T GIVE A DAMN
