Complaint against Currys PC World

After purchasing LG TV and Xbox live subscription in cash at their Speke store, the assistant asked my girlfriend for card details (I handed her mine) stating it would cover any incident from store to home, completely free replacement, no hassle refund etc., would not cost a thing was the key message. No terms agreed, no signatures on a contract, two months later discover an anonymous sounding transaction on my bank statement; Product Support AG (no mention of PC world, Currys, DSG retail, knowhow careplan), after bit of research it appears this is pc world knowhow care plan, then I check receipts and discover an attempt at a mandate setup, complete with a managers discretion discount of 5 pounds, so as not to raise the total amount over 400 (350 LG TV, 50 Xbox subscription). The mandate was using my girlfriend's name on my card details without my knowledge, anyone's consent and no documents signed. Deliberate miselling of knowhow care plan, set up a monthly card mandate on my debit card without my knowledge. Fuming.
