[LAPSED] miss sold product support

Complaint against Currys PC World

£6 has been taken out of my account for June and July. I checked with my bank and the said it is going to a product support plan I apparently took out with Currys when I bought a new laptop in May. I did not ask for this service and specifically said no to the salesperson and I'm not sure why they are charging me for it. I agreed to pay for software support to set up my laptop with Microsoft office and antivirus, but looking again at the receipt it looks like they slipped in a £6 charge. I am annoyed about this deceitful practice of selling support that isn't required. I will make sure to shop with John Lewis next time I need electronic goods.
