[LAPSED] Money taken from my bank.

Complaint against Currys PC World

I purchased a TV approximately 4 months ago and since the purchase I have noticed 2mevery month £3.00 and £1.50 are taken from my bank every month for ?? Product support. I did not request product support

Hello Sean I have located my receipt. When I purchased the TV and surround sound system my husband and I were told the "one of charge was to cover incase of damage to equipment during transit" I am astounded given the fact that these payments have continued to be taken monthly from my debit card. Why would any customer agree to taking cover out on brand new equipment given the length of warranty?
