Complaint against Currys PC World

I would like to share my experience. I purchased a shark vacuum cleaner from the Curry's at the Forge Retail Park Glasgow. On using it I realised it was faulty as the suction wasn't that great I immediately took it back. To be met with a woman who clearly is in need of customer care training. She took the vacuum out of the box and switched it on and rudely told me that it works perfectly fine. I then tried to explain that the suctions not that great. She ignored me and told me that there is nothing I could do as they couldn't re sell it I told her yet again it was faulty and could they not send it back to the manufacturer. She told me no that I would have to contact the shark supplier myself. I asked to speak to the manager but she just backed up her member of staff. Am not made of money it took me months to save up for this vacuum. They made me that upset I stormed out crying. The next day I tried to use the vacuum and within seconds smoke bellowed out of the machine. I returned it to the Curry's at Braehead what a difference in customer care a girl called Kirsty apologized and gave me a new vacuum.
