Complaint against Currys PC World

Brought American style fridge freezer from them, delivery men were rude and Moaned all the time, my fridge freezer was on to the phone to currys after taking around half hour to get thru a new door was ordered, only to find there was a scratch on the other door, so called to report that, they advised that they would have to replace the whole thing as they are unable to get two doors on the Lorry, so excepted this. A week later another day off work and my replacement turned up again this was damage. Went into the store to sort this but they were most un helpful but get arrange replacement door, which took 3 separate calls as the orders kept being cancelled, I emailed there CEO but never received a reply. I have now got my replacement door which has taken about 6weeks and 3 days off work and numerous phone calls and 3 shop visits I have never experienced such service and will not be shopping there again . I have photo of damage if needed. When they replaced the door I was left with the old one and all the packing as they don't take it away?
