Currys PC World
Bought a fridge freezer in the store and paid for Saturday delivery. I had a text on Friday saying between 13:25 to 17:25 I will have my item. Was a no show and had no call or text to even say where my item was. I was using the tracking all day as I stayed in waiting and it was saying on the way. By 22:00 the tracking was then back to step 1 as if the item never left the warehouse. Very bad service I still have no email, no text, no nothing.
