Complaint against Currys PC World
I purchased a laptop on the 27/04/17. When I was paying, the assistant informed me that he was unable to get on the main system, so was going to put it through the business site. At no time was I informed that I would be paying a support fee. I have never taken such a policy out and would never have agreed to. So imagine my surprise when I looked at my account in detail. Four payments of £8-50 have gone out, 30/05, 3/7, 31/7 and 29/8. £34 in total. Please refund me in full for a service that I Have never knowingly signed up to.
