Complaint against Currys PC World

Hi, I bought a Currys essentials electric hob in January this year. So 11 months old and still under warranty, I also took out the extended 3 year warranty just in case. it’s already broken, is blowing every time I try and turn it on! I’ve rang for an engineer and I have to wait 2 weeks for someone to just come out and look at it! It’s Christmas next week so I can’t use my hob! I’ve had a private electrician look at it and because it’s a Currys own make he can’t replace any parts it’s also under warranty, so I’m stuck! I’m going to have to hire cooking equipment or buy a microwave!! What a rubbish service, completely disappointed with the service provided by Currys.
