[RESPONDED] No tv and no support from customer services

Complaint against Currys PC World

Went in store and ordered 3000 pound tv which took over an hour. We were told it came in stock 2 weeks ago, it didn't. We were told it would there on Saturday and it didn't so we asked to cancel and they said we couldn't. In the mean time customer services put the phone down on us and refused to pass us to a manager. Apparently they have 20 tv's in stock and can't tell us if one is for us. I expect better service for such and eExpensive product and we have been patient but nothing is forthcoming. Really really disappointed and upset with the lack of support. Don't use these guys, they don't care about you as a customer.
