Complaint against Currys PC World

I ordered a Logik oven and hob pack which looked like a great deal. It was due for delivery today between 7am - 7pm. I do not live at the address so I travelled at 6.00 in the morning to make sure I was there when it arrived. I received a text saying it was due for delivery at 11.10.At 6.45pm, it had STILL not arrived. I tracked it on the Know How website and it said it had been delivered !!! I had a day off work and waited in for 12 hours. I AM FURIOUS. Why no phone call to update me? Why is the tracking information wrong? Why do I have to call a premium rate number for customer services? Curry's have such a bad reputation, now I know why. This is the first, and last, time I will buy anything from them. What am I going to tell the electrician and kitchen fitters who arrive in the morning? I am going to have to pay for call out fees to install an oven WHICH IS NOT THERE. I want compensation for my day being completely wasted, my loss of earnings and expenses of paying the electrician a £50 call out charge.l OUTRAGEOUS AND ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
