My 83 year old mother paid insurance to Know How for her washing machine, when she made a claim (First time in nearly 10 years) Know How arranged for engineer to visit and they just didn't turn up on more than one occasion. Given my mothers age and how upsetting this whole experience ahs been for her I have been tasked with trying to sort this matter out for her.

When can she expect her write off payment & also she needs reimbursing for the insurance she had paid pro rata.

Hi, spoke with my Mother today and she has received no correspondence from you? It ha snow been a week since you informed me she would receive letter and voucher code.


Hi Angela, my apologies for that. It was generated on 4th July so would have been sent on 5th. If she can call us (0344 561 1234) we can go through security with her and give her the code over the phone. Or she can take some ID into store and they can call for it then she can use it to get a new item. Thanks, Rach
