[RESOLVED] - Paying for product support I didn't agree to

Complaint against Currys PC World

I purchased a TV in the January sales, and firmly told the assistant I did not want product support. I was told that as part of my January sale deal I would get 1 months free product support, but was not told after this month free I would have £3 a month deducted from my card without my knowledge after. As it is a minimal amount I have only just spotted it in my pending payment. I want this stopped now. I have never used it, never wanted it and did not agree to a continuing support.

Currently in the process of receiving a refund, though the 'refund' is showing as a payment pending, rather than a refund. They assure me that this will be corrected.
