[LAPSED] Please cancel and refund all unauthorised Product Support AG payments

Complaint against Currys PC World

After recently looking through my credit card statement i found a card payment of £8.50 coming out of my account with the description of Product Support AG for at least the last 12 months. After checking google it seems this is common with Curry's. Can you please cancel these payments as i have never purchased or requested it or was even informed about it. Can you also refund all payments as i have never signed up for any product support.

If you can forward your full address information, reference number (if know) and make/model of the product being supported? Hi Bobby. I have located the agreement and now cancelled this for you. The agreement was purchased on 14th December 2011 from our Oxford Street branch to protect your Samsung laptop. Purchase of the agreement and details of the card mandate can be found on your purchase receipt. A copy of the agreement will have also been provided.

Hi Bobby. A copy of the mandate is held in store for 6 months from purchase. As the purchase was in 2011, we no longer hold this. If you contact your Card Provider, they may still hold an electronic copy of this. Thanks. Carrie.
