Complaint against Currys PC World

I was very disappointed last night as the oven I spent £560 on 6 weeks ago exploded and the internal glass shattered. I called currys as I had also purchased an extended warranty and care package but they cold transferred me to hotpoint who were closed. I called currys again to be told I had to call hotpoint in the morning. They advised the first available engineer appointment was 6 days away. 6 days no oven unable to close the oven door. Unacceptable level of service. My contract is with currys not hotpoint. Completely let down and have no idea what I’m paying extra for each month. Left feeling frustrated and under valued as a customer not to mention the inconvenience of not being able to cook a family meal for what will be a minimum of 6 days as this is just the investigator who visit. Poor show currys
