Complaint against Currys PC World

I have discovered I have been paying GBP3.50 a month for a TV I purchased in March 2016 and sold in February 2018. This comes from Product AG Support, apparently instigated without my permission at point of sale. My credit card won't cancel the payment. I want to cancel it and also want the money refunded, as I believe this was taken without consent, is fraudulent, I have never used a support service and don't even have the product any more.

I have since has 101.50 taken from my account and still no refund or stoppage of this payment. I am making a formal complaint and copying in anyone else who will listen, plus sharing this across social media.
