Complaint against Currys PC World

So I purchased a laptop last year and was offered this but I made it clear that I didn't want it. Then I was offered 1 month of free support then I could choose to add it after so I agreed thinking after the month it would just cancel. Well I was wrong nearly a year down the line I found I was being charged monthly £11.99 and it might not sound like a lot but to me it is. So when I finally realised I rang up to cancel it I was on the phone for about 10 minutes and after waiting I spoke to someone just to be told the system that allows them to cancel the payment was down so the man took my details and said that someone would be in contact with me once the system was back up so I left it, that was on the 2nd October 2018. No one called, I was still charged on October 22nd for the support and then still no one called me but then through November no payment was taken so I thought 'oh May be it's finally been cancelled'...to then find that I was randomly charged on 6th December 2018?? That's really inconsistent and annoying becuase since my call that's now nearly £24 I've lost and since buying the laptop I've probably lost £145 to a support add-on that I didn't even want?? I am really not happy and would want this product support cancelled and have all my money back or atleast just have it cancelled and get some form of compensation but the fact that I was told someone would ring me becuase your system was down and still no one tried to ring me and I was still charged for this? Please PC World can you just sort this out please.
