[LAPSED] Product support - Money coming out each month- What for?

Complaint against Currys PC World

When reviewing my accounts this month I have noticed two transactions from AG Product support coming out a total of £10. I have no idea what it is for and am unable to do anything with it as it is through my debit card! Not happy.

Thanks for the extra info Katharine. I can see that the iPad does have our product support cover at £5 per month. This covers the machine for accidental damage and hardware repairs. Given this is such a recent purchase I can cancel and refund the payment taken if you so wish? Under your details I have also identified cover on a Beko fridge, Belling cooker and Panasonic tv at £4, £7.50 and £5.50 per month respectively. Please let me know if you wish for these to also be cancelled or continued.
