[LAPSED] Product Support 08448006080 charge without agreement

Complaint against Currys PC World

We bought a laptop in 2017 and have been charged £8 per month for Product Support which we did not agree to. We have a joint credit card and both of us thought it was something the other had bought. We noticed it because three payments were taken one month. We never agree to guarantees or support for anything we buy so are adamant we would not have agreed to it. I have spoken to someone who told me they do not need a signature for a monthly credit card payment, it is not the same as a direct debit, how do I prove I didn't agree to this? The laptop is shoddy too which adds to the problem.
