Complaint against Currys PC World

Dear Sir or Madam, I recently checked my bank statement and discovered that there had been numerous charges of £8.50 being taken from my account. I had no idea what they were for. I want on line and tracked the charges to Currys PC World for support. It seems that this is a common issue. I called the number suggested and found out that the charges related to Support for a Lenovo laptop I purchased many years ago. I do not believe I would have asked for any support and certainly do not recall doing so. I have cancelled any further payments and was told that I would need to contact customer services\head office directly to be considered for reimbursement. I have always had good customer service and I've never had any problems with products I've bought from PC World, so as you can imagine these "hidden" charges came as a shock to me. Please provide me with details of how to go about seeking a refund for the charges. Kind Regards, Steven
