Complaint against Currys PC World

I live and work in Australia. A number of years ago I was visiting Home and bought my sister who was a student at the time a laptop in Curry’s in Sprucefield, Northern Ireland. Product support was offered and I declined - I don’t even live in the UK and it was a purchased as a gift. I have just noticed these Product support AG payments and looking back have realised they have been charged £8 monthly since at least July 2015. There has been zero correspondence with me in this time. My sister who owns the laptop knows nothing about it. I am outraged. A small monthly payment like this doesn’t flag on my credit card statements but over time this is an exceptional amount of money that has been taken without my permission. If Curry’s can produce a terms and conditions including cost, signed by me, when I made this purchase then fair enough, but if not, I would like a full refund since this has been charged. The payments need to be ceased immediately. Thanks to Aspokesmansaid for bringing this to my attention with the recent article. Joe
