Complaint against Currys PC World

I bought my PC at Currys in Leyton and the salesman din't tell me nothing about the 7,50 pounds per month I have been paying. Not even in the receipt. I just realized looking at my bank transactions today, because I thought it was from my phone bill, but I got it cancelled one week ago and I saw I was still paying it. I have been paying this for more than ONE YEAR. I asked one friend who bought his PC at the same time and he has been paying all this time without notice. I'm really dissapointed with this, my experience was really bad when I bought it, because the salesman tried to sell me an antivirus I didn't need, and now this? Sorry, but they will never get any more business from me, and I will make sure this goes out to millions of people to make sure they do not get conned as me

Hi Juan, Thanks for getting back to me. As requested please be aware that I have cancelled the product support agreement for your HP PC with immediate effect. You will also receive written confirmation of this action in the next 21 days. As this service appears on the original purchase receipt and each monthly bank statement thereon, sadly I am unable to reimburse you for any payments already taken.
