Complaint against Currys PC World

I bought a MacBook Air in May 2015 from Currys. I only purchased the laptop and made no indication that i wanted a care plan nor was i advised or told about a care plan. Having stopped using my credit card that i used to purchase the laptop, last month, I now noticed that i have been charged £9.50 from June 2015 until now. This has been charged to my credit card every month. Due to it being charged to my credit card it was lost in all the other transactions that occur on a monthly basis. When i phoned Currys Pc World today and raised the issue with them, they claimed that they will not be giving refunds as it dates back to 2015. They repeated that the details of the care plan would have been made clear to me when i purchased the laptop, however i strongly deny this, as i was never made aware of a monthly payment for a care plan. Also having read how many other customers this same problem has happened to, i know for sure that Currys PC World are in the wrong. With a payment of £9.50 being taken from June 2015 until now, i have been charged a total of £389.50 for a care plan that i did not agree to or even purchase. Please help to recoup my money. Thank you
