[LAPSED] product support ag I did not no I had

Complaint against Currys PC World

I purchased a laptop from pc world last year and I've just realised that they have taken from my bank account £8.50 for the past 3 months.I did not ask for product support so I can only imagine that this was in the small print and they did not tell me about it at the time.I think this is a disgrace and I want a full refund of monies taken from my account.

Hi Kevin, Thank you for your details, checking these I have found a £8.50 product support agreement but this is for your Samsung TV bought on 03/10/2015. The agreement reference is BH3XV68P. There is no agreement on the Asus. Do you no longer want the Tv support? Thanks Georgia
