Complaint against Currys PC World

I purchased a HP laptop at Currys PC world in June 2013. I agreed to an extended warranty - which expired March 2015. However I still have £9.50 taken from my account each month for this. I have tried calling several times and been told more than once that the system is down or someone will call me back. This hasn't happened. I would like this payment stopped - as I have no way of doing it - and the money that has been taken out for the last 20 months out of the agreement period reimbursed. I cannot understand why this payment has continued to be taken? The laptop itself hasn't lasted this long!
