I bought a Laptop from Curry’s on 23 October 2018. I was asked if I wanted repair and support cover and said no thank you. However the salesman at the store replied to finish the transaction he needed to add the plan since the first month was free and then I should contact customer service to cancel it. During that same week I've contacted customer service to cancel the plan, and the person on phone said everything was sorted. I have just checked my bank account on 16 December 2018 and £9.49 has been taken saying from Product Support AG.
