Complaint against Currys PC World

In the process of closing off my credit card over the last few months and without the normal transactions it has become glaringly obvious that I've been paying £7.50 a month in "Product Support" for a significant period of time. I didn't take out any insurance or added cover at the time of purchasing (I have cover through work) myAsus laptop and yet I've been charged. Looking back at a significant number of others on this site it appears Currys are charging consumers for cover they didn't know they had nor want. Not impressed. Can some one from Currys get in touch to try to resolve this.
