Complaint against Currys PC World

Hi, I've had £9 taken from my account at least the last two months, and for what reason I am not sure. Also unsure how long it's been going out my account. The last thing I purchased would have been a laptop in November (ish) 2015. I expressly asked not to be given the support, but it appears to still be there. Can you please look into this, not happy with the customer service at all. Thanks Matthew.
