Complaint against Currys PC World

I went to curry's PC world to purchase a laptop for my 12 year old sister on behalf of my mum. She had reserved it online and I simply had to pay and collect it. When I got there I was told the laptop reserved was not available and I had to get a pre set up one which was to cost £30 more!! With it being Christmas in 3 days time I didn't have a choice. So my mum being a single parent only had the money for the laptop not the extra. I paid the extra and then find the last 2 months running I'm being charged 7.50 for product support I didn't even ask for want of know I was getting!!! Will never shop with them again! I was conned more than once and would advice people to watch out for this!!

Our product support agreements should only ever be sold with full knowledge and consent, as we do require a direct debit mandate to be filled in.
