Complaint against Currys PC World

Only recently I noticed that I have been getting charged £10.99 a month for something called Product Support, something which I don’t remember agreeing/asking for. I traced it back to when I bought my computer with Currys in November 2017. I remember telling the gentleman who served me that I did not need any product support as I already have insurance etc that will cover costs of any damage. So I am now wanting to know what I have been getting charged £10.99 for nearly a year without my consent or knowledge. I would like all the information on how to get this charged stopped immediately as I am not happy at all. Thank you.
