[LAPSED] Purchased new Fridge Freezer ,it stopped working after 33 days.

Complaint against Currys PC World

Our new fridge freezer failed after 33 days, over the New Year, it was full of course, being the festive season, and we lost the lot. Currys and Beko informed. Still waiting, with no fridge or freezer now for nearly 2 weeks. This is unacceptable, it should have been replaced , instead we are waiting for a spare part,which may or not work. I really do think Currys should have been more helpful and provided a replacement.

Thank you for your reply. I will speak with the manufacturers tomorrow and find out why there is a delay and hopefully offer you a resolution to the issue. Regards, Rich D

Hi Dr Outred, I have spoken with Beko who have confirmed that you have rejected the repair. I have notified the store of this, in order to have the product exchanged you will need to visit the store where the product was purchased. An e-mail has been sent to the store advising them of this.
