Complaint against Currys PC World

Hello Richard, first thing is to point out, is the question have you read the compliant, if you have, then you would have noticed my name is Peter, not Paul. Secondly if this item was discontinued, why promote the sale of this item, then sell it to 179 customers, taking their payments, knowing that they would never get the product due to it being discontinued (i quote the number of customers, as this is the figure told to myself from your customer services). Thirdly your explanation does not include the reasons for taking so long to sort out, the lack of information given, the poor customer service provided and the costs incurred by myself for the events mentioned in the original compliant. I feel you need to escalate this matter, as you have failed in answer the issues above.
