[LAPSED] Returning faulty iron

Complaint against Currys PC World

I needed to return my iron due to it not working less than 12 months old. Have just received the most appalling treatment first from the woman who claimed to be the manager snapped at me that it would have to be sent back to Tefak for repair. Tried to explain that I needed the iron I needed to get uniforms ready for the morning. Could not care less. Was joined by three further members of staff who can could not care less explained that John Lewis fenwicks argos always exchange faulty item no problem. Extremely rude unhelpful staff customer service non existent. Felt very intimidated by the number of staff the alleged manager brought over yes I was angry in needed the iron an the staff just kept repeating the same thing. Will I shop there again no. Definitely Not . Appalling unhelpful staff no customer care or service
