[LAPSED] Shameful Product Support AG

Complaint against Currys PC World

Finally decided to dredge my financial accounts when I came across a somewhat regular payment going out related to 'Product Support AG'. This direct debit has never been listed on my online banking but sure enough it has been going on for a long time, since November 2014! Doing some online research, I finally managed to determine what on earth 'Product Support AG' was and that it was related to Currys PC World, and sure enough, this would've been when I purchased I laptop from them in 2014. I absolutely did not agree to purchase any insurance for them or any kind of support product. I am absolutely outraged that such practices have existed and demand that this be resolved with FULL reimbursement.
